June is the last Art Walk month. We will be open on June 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.
This is why if you are in Los Cabos YOU CAN’T MISS IT! We hope to see you soon!

It is very easy. Once you are here you can get the brochure with the map in any gallery in the gallery district.

I read the Art Walk starts again in November. Will the Art Walk take place every Thursday and continue through December?

Hello Stacey,
The Art Walk does not happen in the month of August however there are some galleries in the are that are open and will welcome you in to show you the art.

Good day. Today is the 9th and I wanted to see the Art Walk. To my understanding, it was on Thursdays, but I'm seeing it for tonight and every 7th day, until the end of June. Please let me know, as I wan to see the art. Thank you.

Hi - Is the art walk on Thursdays or Fridays? I would like to see it, but I'm confused because the dates you listed are Fridays, but your website says every Thursday. Thanks!

Hi Patricia! Seems that the blog is outdated and showing dates of the 2016-2017 season. Art Walk happens always on Thursdays. Sorry for the confusion!

Yes! Art Walk is every Thursday from the first Thursday of November to the last Thursday of June. Only 2 Art Walk Left for the season! June 22nd and June 30th.

I am visiting San Jose in August. I understand the art walk will not be open during this time. However, the galleries look amazing. Are they still open during the day time to explore and check out the local art? What are there opening hours? Thanks!

Hi Diane,

Usually galleries resume regular hours and operations after summer in the middle of October. However, after the hit of the Lidia Storm, some of them are in a recovery process. Keep in mind that not all of them may open by then, since there may be still recovery work under the way.

The first Art Walk of the season will be Nov 2nd, so yes! Nov 9th The San José Del Cabo Gallery District Art Walk will be up and running on November 9th! 5PM to 9 PM. I am so excited to be coming back to San Jose Del Cabo! We were here for the art festival at the beginning of November '16. Coming a few weeks later this year so will miss the festivities, but thankful to go on the Art Walk. It's a must do and must see when visiting!

We were able to build in a trip through town to experience the art walk. The city square was decorated with Christmas decorations and was gorgeous. The art walk was also a great experience, with shops and galleries open late to showcase their work. I suggest adding the Art Walk to a pre-dinner agenda in San Jose del Cabo.
